While all plans allow unlimited agents, they are limited by the number of chats allowed per month. Once you reach the limit as per your plan, we will send you a notification to update your plan within the next 3 business days. If you prefer not to upgrade the chat widget will stop appearing on your website until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade to a higher plan.
We recommend that you upgrade to a higher plan or switch to annual billing. If you are already on the highest plan you can get more chat volume at $99/mo for every additional 10,000 chat.
All plans allow unlimited agents. This means you can add any number of staff in your corporate domain. For example, if happyfox.com is your email domain, anyone with that email address can be invited as an agent.
Simply request our Customer Support team to upgrade/downgrade your plan. The change would take effect on the next monthly billing cycle and the subscription amount would be revised accordingly.
