You pay a monthly price for each support agent actively managing tickets. Annual billing saves 20%. Agents are capped at 5 on the Basic plan; all higher plans include unlimited agents.

When should I choose unlimited-agent plans? Toggle answer

Unlimited-agent plans charge a flat annual fee with a yearly ticket allowance instead of charging per agent. For teams above ~20–25 agents, or with very high ticket volumes, this is usually more economical and predictable.
