A user is counted as an MAU (Monthly Active User) when they connect to HappyFox servers through the In-app Chat SDK from your application, within the past 30 days.
We will alert you when you are close to hitting your MAU limit. When nearing the MAU limit, it's recommended you upgrade to the next MAU tier to continue using the In-app Chat SDK.
In-App Chat SDK requires an active HappyFox Chat subscription and therefore those limitations are applicable.
Simply request our Customer Support team to upgrade/downgrade your plan. The change would take effect on the next monthly billing cycle and the subscription amount would be revised accordingly.
